   It bothers me so much when I go out with my grandparents and being that they’re white and my sister and I are brown skinned people give us dirty looks when we say grandma or grandpa.

   Yes I’m mixed, black and white, french, german, and bajan (barbadian).

   Its so sad that after so many years some people are still so stuck in the past that they don’t see the beauty in biracial relationships.

   I just wish people were more accepting and understanding, it would make the world a much better place.

   Wishful thinking huh?

    Very wishful…people are so stubborn and always will be..i know what your goin through; the same thing happens to me when i go out with my nephews. It makes me sick to my stomach. but until hell freezes over we have to deal with ignorant people and there idiosycrasies.
